Customer Ratings & Reviews

After comparing many options, decided to splurge and purchase this dishwasher to replace an old dishwasher in our home. Its is quiet, spacious with the 3rd rack, and your dishes are spotless and dry when the cycle is complete. It does have a longer run time but worth it in my opinon for the benefits (putting away dishes is joy now). The dishwasher has the stainless interior, a sturdy build, and feels made to last for many years to come! Great purchase!

Quality dishwasher. Excellent installation. Kitchen Aid dishwasher has sturdy racks, runs very quietly. Gets dishes clean. Would recommend to anyone

It’s very quiet and spacious! It holds a lot more than my previous dishwasher. I can never tell if it’s running, it’s that quiet!

Awesome Dishwasher, super quiet. Love the 3rd rack that actually has space to put things on. The door can be set to pop open after the cycle is finished.

I am incredibly impressed with this KitchenAid 24-inch dishwasher. It is so quiet that you honestly don’t even know it’s running unless you go and look—it’s been a wonderful change for our home. The interior design is the real star here. The third-level rack is absolutely perfect for all my cooking utensils, and the overall layout is incredibly versatile; it easily accommodates our odd-sized items and handles large loads without any issues. With the 40+ wash jets, everything comes out spotless every single time. I also have to mention the ProDry feature—it does a fantastic job and leaves absolutely no water behind, even on plastics. With the variety of cycle options available, it is easy to customize the wash for any load. Highly recommend!

This dishwasher has surpassed all my expectations so far! It's very roomy inside and unbelievably quiet; we can barely hear it while it's running. The dishes come out amazingly clean and spot-free and the Pro Dry feature is the best I've ever seen in a dishwasher, everything comes out dry and gleaming. I love how the door opens on its own at the end to complete the drying cycle. I have only tried the express and normal cycles, but my baking sheet with baked on char didn't even need the heavy cycle, it came out beautifully on the bottom rack on the normal cycle. The third rack at the top is pure genius. Oh and did I mention the bottom two racks are adjustable? Fantastic! I can't say enough good things about this dishwasher and I am so happy that I bought it. Highly, highly recommend!

The KitchenAid 24" Top Control Built-In Tub Dishwasher stands out immediately for its solid, premium construction; it feels noticeably more durable and well-built than other dishwashers I’ve installed or used. Cleaning performance is excellent, with the third-level jet rack and 40+ wash jets delivering thorough results even on heavily soiled loads, all while operating extremely quietly at 41 dBA. Combined with its sleek stainless steel finish and intuitive top controls, this dishwasher offers a high-end, dependable experience that justifies its quality.

had this for about 3 weeks now and works great. love the third rack for smaller items. got the stainless steal with the outside handle. i do seem to like that better than the built in handle. have used the normal wash cycle and turn off the prodry cycle. when the cycle is finished then there is a bar that comes out and opens the door automatically to vent the steam. pretty cool so the dishes air dry. loving the features!

This dishwasher holds so much! I love the third rack, where you can place mugs as well as serving utensils, knives, etc. It cleans and dries beautifully, and I like the fact that it opens automatically at the end of the cycle, allowing air to circulate. My only complaint is that the dishwasher is louder than we thought it would be. It’s advertised as 41 decibels, but it seems much louder than that. My prior Bosch dishwashers were much quieter, but they did not hold nearly as much as this make and model.

Extremely quiet. We don’t even know it’s running. The third rack has depth for our larger glasses and small bowls. Large capacity dishwasher offering flexibility placing large items like my kitchen-aid mixer bowl and pots in the bottom rack and still having room for normal dishes.

I am extremely pleased with this dishwasher Quiet, and so much room inside Love the extra shelf on top it really made a difference- my dishes and glasses are squeaky ckean - love it can’t go wrong with a lichen side

Excellent cleaning quality and almost inaudible when running. Control panel is well laid out and easy to program. The flexibility of the third shelf was an unexpected bonus to the dishwasher’s function.

I love this dishwasher, it is effective, quiet and with adequate space to organize the dishes. My son asked me, did you buy new bowl. Me; no, why? Son; because its so shinny and clean. This comment came after the first wash :)

Installed myself - the included instructions were okay, with the full set online. We have run the unit a few times and it is very quiet and cleaning good. The filter on this unit looks much improved over our previous unit - it can be readily accessed and cleaned inside the unit. Our previous Kitchenaid only lasted 5 years due to the “maintenance free” filter collecting gunk to the point where it wouldn’t drain - the entire pump needed to be replaced which was a terrible design- hoping with this new filter design we’re can clean it and unit will last a long time.

Sturdy, quite and seems to get things clean. Looks and feels quality

The dishwasher is great, it's fast and quiet and has good features. The service I received from the store was even better! They were super helpful and informative.

This product cleans very well and I love the third rack. It makes it really useful depending on the type of bowls that are loaded.

It is a good product.it clean well. It doesn’t make a lot of noise.i like the way the rack set up for the cup , dish, a bowl, utensils. Highly recommended to buy it

This KitchenAid built-in dishwasher has been excellent since installation. It is quiet, does a great job of cleaning the dishes and and pots, and it even opens up when finished and ready to be emptied. When emptied, it is spotless and ready for the next job.

Very nice dishwasher, very quiet!! Super easy to install, the look of the dishwasher is very upscale. Really love it!!
