Item was purchased at the store as new. Once installed it was missing parts. No one helped to resolve the issue. Hours spend on calling customer service no solutions. Defective

Pefect Replacement
Perfect replacement for my old JennAir wall oven. Looks nice, easy to install. Love the controls. Everything fits together and refined. Pricing was great with sales discounts. Delivery was falwless. Installation is a piece of cake.
