No doubt this is the oven you want! Easy use of controls, burner operation,broil,bake no worries. Bought this on the fly because my oven failed on a day I was having a dinner for friends. It's look is impressive and the overall operation is a breeze. I would recommended this oven to anyone who is looking to purchase a new one!

Finding a true 5 burner gas range was a challenge that didn't just have the oval griddle nonsense. I'm not impressed with the user guide-- it spends over 20 pages talking about installation but nothing about maximizing on the benefits & functionals of the range itself. Major miss in my estimation. Love the intentional super fast burners, the slow cook version and the dual 5th burner. The range of the heat control is impressive- it's not just high, medium, & low. The oven really needs a 3rd rack since the steam tray in the 2nd rack is a bit of a hassle to work around. I'm thinking having the app on my phone is overkill since it doesn't really do much except set the time and tell me the oven's now preheated. DUH- I'm baking in the kitchen.... Highly recommend this range if you're a serious cook at home.

Only had it for a few weeks but so far works well. The oven does take a bit of time to cool down. Bit of adjustment as to how to adjust temperature when using air bake mode. You have to be careful when cleaning the area where controls are because it easily will turn oven on as that area is very sensitive to touch.

I purchased this range at the store in Round Rock, TX it was an out-of-the-box purchase. So I also purchased a 5-year extended warranty and still saved a bundle. It's working great, and the wife loves it.

Just replaced a Bosch stove with the new Kitchen Aid 5.0 cu. ft. convection range and couldn't be happier! Sleek look and heavy duty knobs that are built to last! can't wait to see all the functionality this range has to offer!

Very happy with product, however KitchenAid promise a free griddle when you register the product with them, to date they have not honored this offer

Havent had that long but overall great item! Hopefully, with spending quite a better of dollars this stove last much longer than your normal stoves.

It's a luxury aesthetic product if you want something at a good price

Kitchenaid is a quality product, and we've been using the brand for decades. While we were disappointed in not being able to get a 3rd rack for the oven, it's an obstacle that I'm sure we can overcome, at which time the review would convert to 5 star. We love Best Buy!

Elegant looking, but oven stopped working six days after installation. Cooking on the stove heats up the computer (right next to it) and shuts it down. Had high hopes for this range.
