Overall a decent product. Price point seems high.

Easy to clean, smooth surface works as described. It's a bit pricey for what it is, but has a nice look to it. The knobs and drawer are not as solid as hoped for, but they work as designed.

Oven died after 28 days. Whirlpool did offer support and fixed the issue. Preheats quickly and has large burners.

We are sincerely sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced with your stove and the lack of follow-up after your escalation. We understand how disappointing it is to have an appliance not work as expected and to be left waiting for support that never arrived. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we truly regret the inconvenience this has caused you.
