This isn't a great product as we expected a lot from Kitchen Aid. The functionality is good, but sometimes the fan produces weird noise and then going normal automatically. Timer doesn't work! It don't turn off automatically after the time is done.

First let me say I love my Best Buy, the employees are always willing to help & give you there honest opinion .... I paid top $$$$ on all my New KitchenAid appliances , so when we received my Hood & geek squad installed the hood the KitchenAid emblem was on crooked , & long story short my Hood doesn’t work... they said they think it was installed wrong.... But BestBuy said they are going to make things right....

It's quiet as compared to our previous microwave hood combo unit. It is sleek and simple to use. It does a great job at exhausting cooking odors. It's pricey, but well worth it. Over the range is a less than desirable location for a microwave. We are happy we changed that.

This is a very nice range hood. Volume choices for the fan are a good range; I wish the light brightness could be adjusted.

This range hood has several settings for vent fan and it is quiet. Has 2 lights that are bright, so you can easily see what you’re cooking. Includes a timer which I haven’t tried yet.

The instructions with the hood did not tell where the top mount vent was located. I had to take the hood apart in order to find it. The installation is difficult because of how the mounting bolts are set into the hood. As far as the hood function is concerned, it works great.

There is no food odors/smells in the kitchen when you have the exhaust on. As we all know cooking South Asian food can produce a lot of odors but this Range hood keeps no odor inside. Easy to clean.

I wanted to do a rear discharge on this fan vent and found that the parts were not available, the only install available is the top discharge not exactly what I wanted

I haven't installed the product yet, but i know a family member who has the same item and they are pretty happy with it.

Beautiful range. Even when the fan is on high, it’s still pretty quiet compare to its competitors.

This hood has a lot of suction power. You can cook all you want and won't smell inside the home.

We love our new vent/hood! We have long needed an adequate hood since we cook a great deal... the vent in the microwave just wasn't cutting it. We are so pleased with this product. We would highly recommend it!
