So far so good. Install: Installation was a little tricky as the directions aren't the clearest. I would definitely recommend hiring someone who really knows what they're doing. Overall installation took a little over 2hrs with two people. One thing to note is that the hood chimney pieces are sharp; I cut myself on them. Operation: the fan is very powerful and even at the low setting it pulls better than our previous hood. I personally don't mind the noise but each person is different. Do note that there isn't a clock which might matter to some. The auto sense features is good and you can change the sensitivity by holding it down for 5 seconds. Hood looks modern and sleek. Note that the black stainless is actually more gray than black.

The curves and how the lights and buttons are arranged makes this have a very modern look. It wasn't in stock so we had to order but it arrived promptly and before the promised delivery date.
