Loved my Purchase it looks amazing in my kitchen I’m very pleased with the installers who came to install this unit they were very very professional

Used Consumer Report to find the best electric wall oven combo for our needs. KitchenAid was a clear winner. We walked into Best Buy multiple times where this model was one of our options. Shelby, the sales representative that helped us, was friendly and knowledgeable. She did not push us in any one direction. She listened to our needs and suggested options. She even went the extra step to find that our order was not picked up by the warehouse/delivery such that she personally called the warehouse/delivery to get it identified and scheduled for delivery. The wall oven combo has been working great and extremely reliable. Best part was when we walked in to purchase the unit, it was on sale!!! Saved A LOT!!!

Love this Microwave Wall oven combo and cooking is wonderful now. Microwave is also fantastic with a convection oven too. The style looks great in our new Kitchen AND Made in America.❤️

Looks beautiful. Gorgeous inside and out. I haven’t used any of the convection features yet but I’m looking forward to doing so. The microwave is large capacity which is nice, and heats food up quickly. The oven takes FOREVER to preheat. Let’s see how it continues to perform, but so far so good.

This wall oven is one of the best purchases we made for our kitchen. Functional and easy to use, modern look is a perfect compliment to the other Kitchen Aid appliances .

This review isn't so much for the oven as it is for the way it was represented and subsequently defended by a "manager" at Best Buy. The oven was listed as an option on their website as an "open box" item in "Excellent Condition". This particular model was in the process of being replaced by a newer version and the steep discount was a welcome surprise. I drove 42 miles to pick it up. I waited 20 minutes until they brought it out and called me to the exit door. Surprised, I asked if I could see/inspect the oven before it was loaded into my SUV. The salesperson (who later identified himself as the manager) said "if you want to inspect it you'll have to unwrap it yourself, then re-wrap before we'll bring it to your car." What? I should have walked out then but I was already in for an hour of travel already, so I unwrapped it, only to find a battered, beaten, hulk missing half it parts. When confronted with the reality of the condition, the "manager" pushed back aggressively, and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I left. Never to return to this, or any other Best Buy store.

We love our new wall oven and microwave oven. Especially all the things I can do now.

I was very happy with Best Buy's customer service. I had looked at the kitchen aid microwave/wall stove at Lowes. They even came and measured my space. When I placed the order, they told me it would be January before I could get it. I went to Best Buy. They had the same unit on display. I purchased it and it was delivered to my house within 3 days. I didn't even have to pay for delivery. I will definitely shop Best Buy for my future needs!

This was a good choice for wall oven with built-microwave. It matches our Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Our old one was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. This one has many new features.

Cant say enough good things about this set! Gorgeous sleek design! Kitchen aid is also a favorite brand of ours, cooks great and evenly, so many functions and came with a few cooking accessories which was a plus! Highly recommend this! We got a 30” because of the size of our cabinets and wall space and it’s the perfect size! Looks like a double oven which is nice aesthetically speaking, but I’m so glad we chose to go with the microwave oven unit as we definitely utilize both a lot!

I love being able to use the microwave convection oven feature. Excellent for small items to bake. I've done away with my toaster oven. The oven cooks very evenly. Glide out shelf is great and thinking I'll order another. The oven fit the space perfectly when replacing my GE Profile.

This was newly installed in my remodeled kitchen and it's very smart looking. I have to admit, I've only used the microwave so far. I like the glide rack in the oven and wish all the racks were like that, the other 2 are a little stiff. I've already removed 1 of the 3 racks. The unit came with a temperature probe, a crisper for micro and a steamer bowl. I think I will cook a whole chicken before Thanksgiving as I'm a little nervous making Thanksgiving dinner in a new oven. It's large inside. I love the color. At first I didn't care for the stainless steel bar handles but they really make it look like a professional oven.

I really like the convenience of the oven plus the microwave with built-in convection/speed cook. The main problem I have is lack of a detailed owners manual for all the great features & extra features. Microwave a little under powered.

We purchased this 30" over to replace our 27" oven. I thought we'd be stuck with a 27" inch, but I measured the cabinet size and realized a 30" would fit! The oven installed very easily. Two people are ideal for installation because it is very heavy and quite awkward to lift. It looks GREAT and works perfectly well.

My new KitchenAid Microwave/Convection Oven is everything+, what I’ve read about it! I thoroughly enjoy using both and very pleased with the performance from each one. Also, it looks absolutely stunning in my kitchen.

Purchased this item 2 weeks ago and could not be happier. Original purchase was Whirlpool and the unit had so many issues that I could not even restart it. If you on the market, then KitchenAid Wall Oven is a good choice.

Item was in excellent condition, only some dents but works great and looks like new.
