Very spacious and clean looking with the wood trim looks very high end works as described only think I dislike is water dispenser is a straight shot down when dispensing

I’ve had my new fridge for maybe 2 weeks now. I absolutely LOVE it. There’s so much space, when I switched over my food from my old fridge to my new one my new fridge looked practically empty as there was so much room leftover!

I was forced to buy a new refrigerator Mothers day morning. I woketo everything melted and there was no going back. I went to Best Buy just to "look". I ended up buying this Kitchen Aid. I SO love it. I was just what I wanted and needed. I will say Best Buy failed 1000% with everypart of customer service. Once I finally got this installed and hooked up - ONE MONTH LATER, I do love this refrigerator.

When it was delivered it had a cracked drawer casing on the bottom right, we called Best Buy and they sending a agent to come replace it in a week. Even with that hickup its been a very easy fix and experience

Love the design of this fridge. TONS of space, nice looking interior. Biggest problem I’m having is that the left fridge door won’t stay open and keeps forcefully closing on itself. Many reviews are stating this and hard to know why. My fridge is perfectly level per the manual yet when putting food away you have to use your shoulder to hold it open; I’m contemplating swapping for a different model at this point. Freezer lighting is very dim but has great organization.

This refrigerator is replacing an almost 18 year old Frigidaire unit that started having issues. We settle on this Kitchen Aid model after looking at several similar styles but fell in love with the look both inside and out. The word trim and spacious storage also made it feel higher end without the higher price tag of a Bosch or other brands. We have several other Kitchen Aid small appliances, so we trust this brand to last us hopefully just as long as our previous unit. The french doors and added internal Ice maker gives this unit the simplistic and modernized look that we were going for.

So far so good. Purchase was great, delivery flawless, installation clean. Refers tend to need to be reviewed 5-years out. The bottom drawer opening requires both doors to be opened. Wife likes it, I think it could be designed to afford opening with a single door. I’d like more flexibility on shelf placement but we knew what we were getting and it is a very pretty fridge.

I really love this fridge. It looks great in my kitchen — the stainless steel finish gives it a clean, modern look, and it’s easy to wipe down. The doors open smoothly and feel solid, and the inside lighting makes it super easy to see everything. There’s a ton of space inside, which is awesome for big grocery runs. The shelves are easy to adjust, and the big drawer across the bottom of the fridge is perfect for snacks, deli stuff, or cheese. The freezer is roomy too and makes it easy to keep things organized. The water and ice dispenser work great, and the ice tastes clean. It also runs really quietly, which I appreciate since my kitchen opens up to the living room. Overall, I’m really happy with it — it looks good, keeps everything cold, and just works like it should. Definitely worth it if you want a solid, good-looking fridge that you don’t have to fuss with.

I love this!!!!!! It has a lot of room and shelves are adjustable. Keeps food fresh and the freezer also has a lot of room. I would highly recommend this product.

The purchase of this refrigerator through Best Buy could not have been easier. Needed a replacement ASAP and was able to pick it up same day from the warehouse nearby. Beautiful refrigerator with plenty of storage. Hope to get many years of service out of it.

It is beautiful and very quiet. It keeps things very cold. Kitchenaid doesn’t disappoint

I didn't realize how poor the lighting is inside the machine. Both the refrigerator and the freezer when I was looking at it in the store. When it was delivered the plastic covering on the outside is almost impossible to remove. Also not really much shelf space either, needs additional shelfs.
