Effective design and operation. The various sizes of burner options works great. From sauces to cast iron pans; gravy to eggs to steak easy to control and make any recipe successful. Solid product.

Serious safety issues with installation!!

A terrible experience so far. The installation from BestBuy went horribly wrong. There are safety issues with what they did. I called and told them about it a couple of months ago. They sent an expert and the expert saw what they did and said they should replace it with a new one and properly install it. They scheduled another installation, but they kept pushing that back. Not heard back from Best Buy after that. Very bad experience!
