Product was easy to install. Hardly makes noise even with the fan set at maximum speed. Looks good also.

I selected a range hood that was most like the one being replaced, so installation would be easier. But the instructions were very poorly written.

The fan is low profile but has a powerful blower that can clear a 900 sq ft kitchen of smoke and smell in no time.

Unprofessional customer service. I would rather not get a call from BestBuy customer support agents. Prefer another edition of the spanish inquisition than to have to deal with the agent. First they call to tell me my product installation and delivery is pushed out. They call at 8am pst on the day of delivery to tell you that the product is not available (even though you purchased the product a couple of weeks ago and the night before they sent you a text to confirm delivery, another agent called to make sure you would be home and that the delivery window is 8am-12). Amazed by this service.

Great appliance! Met my expectations. Keeps the smoke in thru the vent.

I purchased several Kitchen Aid products without issue till now. I have had to return 4 of these hoods due to them not being assembled properly at the factory or having large dents. Pacific Sales says they are now on backorder.
