We had selected another unit but changed to this product because of the other Kitchenaid appliances in our kitchen. I'm glad we did because the stainless-steel finish on this unit is much better than what we had previously picked out. Installation was a breeze too; comes with a template for drilling the holes required. The LED lighting is really nice and fully lights up the work area below. Happy customer so far!

This item came damaged and by the time my kitchen remodeling was done it was too late to change. It has a dent in the corner of the hood and under the hood it has a crack. I am.very disappointed

Very quiet range hood. Seems to do a very good job exhausting cooking fumes. The lights provide very good illumination.

We are remodeling our kitchen and we are experienced DIY'ers. This hood is going over a Viking 36" range. It is easy to install although you will need help lifting in place. We used a ledger board to ease the task. We also added the recirculate option. The unit has great lighting and the fan is quiet on low speed. Well made and fits well with our higher end approach.

OMG, This Range Hood is powerful. It removes all odors from cooking and leaves your home the way it should be. No cooking smells in any of the bedrooms. It is EXTREMELY important that you have the correct infrastructure to vent out the airflow either through a cut out from your bird holes or within your exterior wall like your dryer vent.

Very quiet. Leds are nice and bright as well. Works great!

Product description didn't disclose that range vent system is a 6 inch in diameter, and finding a 6 inch to 8 inch vent increaser is like totally impossible (for those of us who previously had an 8 inch vent duct).. Otherwise the product is very nice.

I ordered one of these, waited a while for delivery, then realized as my contractor was installing it was severely dented on the top of the hood. I returned it, waited another 3 weeks for delivery (due to back order) and received another dented unit in the same place! I had to go to a different store to buy one they had in stock to get it right away as my contractor was waiting (again) to put it in. The 3rd unit I bought still had small imperfections but I was exhausted and told him to just put it in anyway. What a mess. Overall it works well and looks nice minus the scratch I'll have to look at every time I use it. It's quiet which is important. Seems to be quality control issues but if you get one in good condition it's nice.

Honestly very disappointing for the expense. Does not move nearly enough air and has the most high maintenance grease traps I've ever experienced in a venthood. Garbage.

Very powerful and great led lighting, strongly recommend if you enjoy cooking.

I really like the hood, but I it was difficult to find the parts to make it a recirculating vent instead of venting it outside.

Fits our kitchen and it looks good. A hard time to get the corrected dimensions, but Best Buy people helped a lot.

Statement piece that is worth the investment! On top of looking great it works great also. A little loud - but gets the job done fast so it is bearable.

We also ordered the self venting kit online and this was the best decision we have made in our new kitchen. This is beautiful and the perfect touch.

We never had it installed. There was a small dent in it so it was return. We then went with a different design. Dealing with Best Buy on the return so far has been great.

Very nice look. Builder dented when installing and part replacement was $250! Easy to dent so be careful when installing. To mount to a 9’ ceiling it needed the entire length of the shaft.

It works great and looks great. Only issue has been getting the extension kit.

Fantastic hood looking great and working fine. Will recommend to any friend.
