I was so excited to get my new Artisan mixer and begin using it. When I mixed my first batch of pie crust, the residue from the metal bowl came off in my batter. I called Customer Service and was told I had a stubborn bowl that needed to be treated with olive oil and re-washed. After doing this FIVE TIMES, it still had residue. Customer Service was very nice and we finally worked out a deal for a new bowl; however, it would have been nice of them to alert customers to this possibility. Ingredients are not cheap, and this was a very disappointing experience.

Kitchenaid KSM150PSWH Has the same power as the big lift model I had. Does everything the bigger one does but with a smaller footprint on the counter. Fantastic for home use. Better for home use than the bigger one with the lift. The lift bowl model has a bowl that does not taper down so batters, Whipping cream, etc are too low in the bowl and take forever to mix/whip. No so with this one. This smaller version has a bowl that tapers so the whipping cream, eggs for meringue, etc whip up quickly. Love this machine. I highly recommend the higher 325 motor if you want to make bread or mix thick cookie dough. Don't get the lift model unless you make large batches. In that case, the lift modelwould be better. For normal family use, the non lift model is great.

Does an excellent job. Used a lot during the holiday season and worked flawlessly. This tilt-head mixer works easier that the lift-bowl style. Had mixer delivered to home; came within a short time considering it was during the holiday season. (Note: Should you buy a cover for the mixer the KitchenAid cover fits tightly.)

This mixer is everything I was holping for. I'm glad I bought the artisan because of the handle on the bowl. It's powerful and looks great on my countertop.

I would recommend this product to anyone who loves to cook! Great quality and reasonable price. It’s heavier and bigger than I thought it would be but since you start using it you understand why mixer should be solid like this.

Like many people I started baking during Covid-19 and this definitely made everything easier. Cleanup is a breeze because of the stainless steel hardware. Also I was able to find a color that matched my kitchen, just a bonus.

This mixer replaced our 45 yr old kitchenaid that finally bit the dust. My wife bakes almost every day so needless to say it was heavily used. I hope this new model lasts as long. So far so good.

I bought this mixer for my daughter for a Christmas gift and she loves it! She has two young children with another one on the way so it gets used almost daily. No issues so far. Attachment options are awesome!

I have been wanting a Kitchen Aid mixer for a while, & I am so happy I finally made the purchase! Definitely a must have for someone who loves to bake!

If you cook or bake, this is a must have. Kitchen Aid is the only mixer to buy. I can't recommend any other brand for a mixer in the kitchen.

This is a great machine. It can handle the tough recipes and I use it 3-4 times a week. Love it!
