I love the color and the feel of this mixer. It is easy to assemble and clean. I use my hand mixer for easy household baking (cakes, muffins, frosting, etc) and this is perfect for that. The sound is so much quieter than my old mixer that I had to shut it off and turn it on several times to make sure the beaters were working. . . they were, I was just so surprised it made little noise. It has five speeds and the top speed doesn't go very fast. I haven't tried, but I have doubts about being able to fluff egg whites with this machine. I could just be skeptical because this mixer is so quiet.

This KitchenAid hand mixer is lightweight, powerful, and easy to use. The Empire Red color adds a touch of style to my kitchen!

Not that I do a lot of midnight baking but this item has a very quiet motor yet is very powerful. I did not want the newer model because it has digital features that I do not think are needed. The speed slider to switch between speeds is ideal rather than having to press a button which is the design on the newer version of this machine. I purchased the RED and it is beautiful!

Works like a champ! We make tons of baked goods with thicker doughs and this device works just as well as the bigger stand mixers but without taking up counter space and with much easier clean-up! Wish I’d gotten it years ago!

I had a very inexpensive hand mixer and decided to upgrade. After reading the reviews I choose the Kitchen Aid plus it matched my Kitchen Aid stand mixer. I was surprised at how light the hand mixer felt when I took it out of the box. After the first use, what a difference! It has the power to mix heavier dough and also to whip egg whites. The beaters are east to clean due to the wires not being so close together and batter stays in the pan and not all over the beaters. I am very pleased with my Kitchen Aid hand mixer

Used it to make cookies and it worked perfect. Very strong. Easy to use and clean. Love the color too. A little expensive but worth it compared to stand up mixers.

...and pretty glam hand mixer. Gorgeous red. It gets a 4 star only because it could use a smidge more power for mashed potatoes. Gets the cake mix and frosting right as well as beating eggs. Lightweight and easy to use.

It is very convenient for everyday and special occasion baking. This model is easy to use. The hand mixer makes cooking and prepping food so much easier. It’s very affordable. I notice when I made a dish the motor sound was very low. The speeds can be adjusted with just a move of a finger. I love the red color.

Love the color but the mixer has good speed. Easy to hold while using it. Whipped cream goes fast.

I love my hand held mixer, it matches the color of my stand kitchenaide mixer. The hand held mixer is light weight and quiet and it gets the job done. The price is great since I got it on sale. I would recommend this product.

.. from the looks of the better bars, I thought sure they would be a cheaper quality than the other brand I have, but I was surprised! It takes good strength to even try to bend the whips and they stay firm in their locked position. I don't bake a lot, but these are great for whipping up some eggs or making boxed brownie mixes. Holds well in your hand in a grip, but overall weight isn't too rough on your wrists. I like it that you can stop using it, sit it on end without having to remove the whips (as long as they're not dripping, ha) This is a good quality mixer, fits in the cupboard well and looks good on the counter. Hope you like yours as much as I do.
