It has a retro look and brings some color in my kitchen. It’s lighter (weight-wise) than expected. Water boils at normal speed and it is a little quieter than my previous aroma kettle. Lid detached completely, so I have to wait a little bit after boiling to avoid the steam. Overall it is a good looking basic electric kettle.

Overall, it is a very nice tea kettle. Pros- beautiful design, fast, quiet Cons - capacity is too small (4 cups or so), relatively small opening with fixed handle (the handle does not move)

We are amazed how quickly the water heats up. And we swear it stays hot longer than using the microwave. Beautiful design and functionality.

This is a great kettle. Looks good, easy to use and heats water incredibly fast. Love it!

This was a housewarming gift for our daughter. She loved the ease of use and the color.

Beautiful design, it looks great in our kitchen. Pretty quiet too compared to our previous kettle. Shame you can't see how much water there is inside without opening the lead or lifting the kettle to check its weight, it would have been nice to see the water level. But other than that, it's stunning. Very happy with it

Have had my Empire Red kettle over four years now. Perfect size for two and bonus quickly. (No need to boil extra water for the heck of it.) Easy to use, fill and handle and not too heavy. Totally recommend!
