I’m very happy with my purchase, This is a sturdy, high powered, quality mixer. I’m a professional baker and this product is the way to go for home use.

Kitchenaid is by far the best when it comes to mixers. It takes the work out of making so many recipes. And they last for so many years because of the quality. I bought my first one over 20 years ago and still use it for smaller batches as its a smaller model, and this new one I use for big family recipes...its FANTASTIC!

I have used this mixer on several projects. I have made muffins and bread mostly. This unit is pretty strong. It moans a little on the french bread dough. The attachments were nice at first but the blade and dough mixer are starting to pit. Not very good for having this only a couple months. Would i buy this product again.....yes. I wish the attachments were better material.

I really like the item it helps me a lot for whatever recipe i want, specially making bread dough I can double the recipe because it’s huge enough. Actually I already had one before therefore I got 2 now because I’m doing some bread dough for I had a lot of customers ordering some of my different kinds of bread.

Cookies, breads, pasta and ground turkey it does it all. I have been wanting one for 10 years and finally found the one that works best for our family of 8. Love the bigger bowl capacity and motor speeds couldn't ask for a better kitchen aid product!!!

I love everything about the mixer. I even added some decals to jazz it up a little.

I love the mixer it’s everything I’ve wanted, however the photos online are a bit deceiving. As seen in the picture below I thought I would be receiving a white coated flex edge beater with the mixer. However I received a brownish gray coated regular beater. Which is okay but I’ve always loved the white coating in the past. Hoping this new stuff works out well. Also was slightly disappointed that the flex edge beater did not come with it.

This is my second Kitchen Aid stand mixer. It is exactly the same as the first one because I was amazed at how much I used it and how it helped me with almost every cooking project I undertook. The mixer is easy to use, easy to clean, powerful, and has extremely useful attachments available, which allows it to be virtually a one-stop shop. I waited a long time to buy a stand mixer because I thought my hand mixer could do almost everything. Not true. If you love to cook, you really should invest in a stand mixer and, in my opinion, this is the best. I prefer the model with the lift bowl to the tilt head because you can use it under the cabinet and it looks good sitting on the counter. The 6 qt is the size I have - it will handle the toughest mixes I undertake (bread, cookies, pasta) with ease. I can't imagine life in my kitchen without my Kitchen Aid stand mixer.

The Professional 600 series, with its high gloss finish and shiny bowl, is an attractive mixer that would complement any kitchen. I purchased this in Gloss Cinnamon, primarily because my first two choices were out of stock In December. I would have preferred if it were just a touch darker than Empire red, but this is a little darker than I prefer. However, it still looks great, is a dark red that is not brownish, and I don't regret my purchase. So far, I have made bread, pizza dough, cookies, cake and pasta dough using this mixer, among other things. I love that the 600 series has a 6-qt. capacity just in case I decide to bake for a group. It's also helpful when letting dough rise. The motor slows slightly on each rotation when kneading dough, but not in any unexpected way. I like that the head does not tilt on this model, but instead there is a level to raise and lower the bowl. It also has a 575-watt motor vs the 325-watt motor of the Artisan model. However, it is tall, so might not fit under some cabinets. The main downside is that extra attachments are overpriced, and don't all seem to be of high quality--not sure I will invest in them as originally hoped. Nonetheless, I'm excited and hopeful to get many good years of use out of my mixer. It's already making my life easier.

We have used this mixer to make bread, cookies, muffins, meatloaf, and more. It is east to use and works great. I like all the extra things you can do with it when you buy extra attachments.

So easy! Just add ingredients and continue adding while the mixer is running. The bowl lift design keeps the bowl steady and secure while mixing. The consistency of each of my batters have turned out perfectly. I am truly amazed each time I use my mixer and look forward to my next creation! The power is awesome. I haven't found anything it cannot handle. I love this mixer!

This is an awesome mixer! My only complaint about it is that it is too tall for my countertops so I had to find another place to put it. You can make anything food wise that you could buy in the store! It even offers a can opener attachment! Noodles, ice cream, cakes, and soooo much more. The attachments this one came with are extremely useful, probably the most useful of all of the attachments available. Also I love the brown color. It is so much prettier in person. My grandma had one of these same ones (but an older version) and it only konked out last year (2013) when it fell off the fridge. These are made to last!

This is my 4th KitchenAid Professional 600 mixer. The first two failed in a relatively short time frame but the last one lasted 6 years before gear failure. The motor has held up. Understand that it gets lots of fairly heavy duty use since I make all our bread and rolls. It handles all home mixing needs easily and great for making bread. We use it weekly so you can imagine just how many jobs it's done in the 6 year period. Caution: if you order it on the Best Buy website there are not 3 different black models........check the numbers on the Kitchenaid site to get actual colors for each model number

This mixer has been surperb from the start. I used it to help me make turkey dressing for Thanksgiving, a whole giant pan full without any stalls. My husband bought it for me because I can no longer cut up large quantities of vegetables or fruits. He also got the attachments which make that job much easier for me. My sweet potato pies and whipped potatoes are a joy to make again.

I bought the KitchenAid Pro 600 for my daughter for Christmas. She has been making all kinds of cakes and cupcakes for weddings, showers, birthdays, etc. We had an old mixer and this one is amazing! She loves it and all the attachments you can get to go with it! Her birthday is soon and will be looking into what attachments I will get her! I highly recommend this wonderful machine!

So convenient and easy to use. Makes all baking steps less of a hassle. I've added several attachments since - much smarter in a small kitchen than having a lot of separate appliances. So glad I invested in this size mixer and in one that has the lift bowl feature.

I have had a tilt head mixer with a 5 qt bowl for years but bought this 6qt one when I began making larger batches of bread and sweet dough. I also has plenty of power to never seem to burden with large batches of even sticky doughs. Quality construction.

We upgraded from the basic mixer to this model, and never regretted it. The only drawback has been the noisy operation. We use it weekly or more often, especially for bread, and it has handled the heaviest work with ease. At the winter holidays it gets a constant workout, and we've never had a problem. The bowl is so deep, however, that if you make a very small batch of something you may need to give the mixing an assist with a spatula to the material in the "dimple" in the bottom.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas, she opened it early since she loves to bake cookies every year and this year made it so much easier since her fibromyalgia flare ups were the worst. This looks awesome on the counter in the Peral Metallic! Very nice dark gray. She made so many cookies and banana bread with ease. I feel bad I didn’t get this sooner, saves so much time and headache. Can’t wait to use it for other things, I got the sliver attachment to go with! Attachments are easy to change out.
