Never again!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Maybe once this product is assembled it might be useful—-HOWEVER—- upon opening the boxes they were delivered in ( I bought two ), the instruction manual stated it takes two people 90 minutes to assemble each unit. SOME of the tools required include a drill and a SLEDGEHAMMER! I had three knowledgeable carpenters /handymen refuse to attempt the project despite the fact they were being paid to do so. Upon calling Best Buy I was advised there was nothing they could do about it. Asking to speak to a manager yielded no results as I was told someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I’m still waiting for that call 48 hours later. Tomorrow they get returned in person……….Don’t buy!!!!
