Installed these Klipsch CDT-5650-C II speakers in the ceiling as part of my home theater (paired with the AVR and Apple TV). The Controlled Dispersion Technology is the standout—the pivoting 6.5” Cerametallic woofer and swiveling Tractrix horn tweeter let me aim the sound precisely at the main listening position, which makes a real difference for overhead effects and imaging. Highs are detailed and clear without getting harsh, and the midrange holds up well for dialogue and effects. High sensitivity means they stay efficient and dynamic even when the system is pushed. The SlimTrim magnetic grille is nearly flush and paintable, so they disappear into the ceiling. Great for Atmos height channels (or in-ceiling surrounds)—movies feel more immersive and music sounds clean. Solid, well-built speakers that integrate easily. Highly recommend.

These speakers sound very good.you need to build boxes for them in the ceiling to give it full potential. Build the boxes with mdf and put an insulation pillow above it. You wont be dissapointed if you do this.
