I am actually going to be returning this speaker. I am a huge Klipsch fan, but this speaker did not meet my expectations. I don’t know if I set them too high from my last experience with Klipsch, but it just didn’t scream 300 dollar speaker. The battery is supposed to be rated for 20 hours…last less then 5. It was not as loud as thought it would be, the music sounded good, not great.

The Klipsch Detroit is a remarkable speaker, the sound quality is immersive and detailed the best of my 18 Bluetooth speakers which is a strong statement. It offers higher fidelity than my JBL authentics 300 and bass that is as powerful and controlled as my Tribit stormbox blast ( this is a portable audiophile speaker) with all the musical dynamics Klipsch is known for!!

I bought this speaker to replace a similar sized speaker I have had for years. The build quality appears to be very good, and the sound is very decent considering the small size. I bought this to take out on my boat since it is water resistant. I did not want some huge monstrosity of a speaker taking up space on my boat
