These Monitor Speakers are phenomenal for the price point and they are amazingly reliable. They're simple to use, have versatile input options (no HDMI, though), and offer a quality, balanced sound profile for their size. I own two sets of these speakers, with my first pair (in my photos) now 7 years old. Originally, they served as my TV/Music speakers, in the living room, for 5 years solid. I ran them hard, loud, and daily, along with a 150w Klipsch Sub, and they never failed to deliver. After finally investing int a true high-end stereo system, I gladly retired this pair to my PC desktop to serve as true "monitor speakers." I have not noticed ANY drop in sound quality despite their age...And they will beat any TV soundbar and/or monitor speakers at the same price point, all day long. Just add a subwoofer and game-over.

Great sound. Clear voices, nice bass, and great volume power. Have them connected to my laptop through bluetooth. Easy to connect the bluetooth signal with phone or computer. They are like a foot long from front to back so if you want them for a desk, they occupy big space.

Great set of speakers!! Very clear and bright sounding. Easy to set up and have many different ways to connect and easy to move if you want. I bought these for my game room. Though they are crystal clear with crisp mids and highs after reading some reviews I just bought them together with the Klipsch R-121sw 400watt 12inch subwoofer. This combination has been outstanding!. For music or games I'm not lacking any level of sound and the subwoofer is way more than enough. A 10inch sub would be just fine with this set of bookshelf speakers but I love the hard hitting deep 12 with plenty of room for expansion in the future.

The speakers both look and sound great! Amazing sound for the price and pairs perfectly with my turntable. Being able to stream via bluetooth is a nice feature.

Great speakers! They come with the USB cable that connects to your computer. If you're living at an apartment or house where you can't crank these up all the way, I highly recommend turning on Dynamic Bass EQ. These sound great even at low volumes! Bluetooth works perfectly. I'm surprised their spec sheet doesn't detail which Bluetooth codecs this speaker system supports. I tested it myself, and these speakers support SBC, MPEG-2 AAC, aptX, aptX HD. This just means the sound will be less lossy via bluetooth compared to the average wireless speaker, whether you're using Windows, Android, or any Apple device. I was waiting for a sale and I got them $100 off. That feels like a much better price for them, personally. If I were you I'd wait for one as well.

For its size cant complain with the loudness of this speaker it can fill my living room with music My use of this speaker is for my record player which set up like a desk top PC were in i sit very close to it its clear enough and detailed enough to enjoy my records in a low volume, for active listening the bass is good enough no need for subwoofer actually i need the speaker far from the wall to lessen the low end But if use this to blast my music through Bluetooth or optical output for my CD player really need the speaker to be closer to the wall probably need a subwoofer if you going to use it this way but for now its good enough for its main function which is to enjoy my record player

This is my first time owning a pair of active powered speakers so I don't have anything to compare this against. I'm no audiophile but I can tell you these speakers are awesome. I've got roughly 12'x12' office and these speakers fill up the room nicely. The clarity is superb, treble and mids are perfect. I paired with a 10" Polk sub and together it rocks. I was able to get it on sale for $399 Black Friday and worth every penny.

sound great! using as pc speakers. if you want some bass i'd suggest their 10" sub to add to them. that's the only reason for one star knock in value, having to add the sub to get some punch. other than that, sleek speakers that sound great and can be used as pc speakers or general small room/office use.

The R-40PM gets a job done as a computer speaker. While I am receiving this weird pause before playing media, once it’s up and running it sounds great. I will be all you need for web browsing and music listening.

These sound amazing with my Audio Technica turntable. Even without the subwoofer these are great speakers. I plan to get the subwoofer next to add that extra punch.

great sound style and easy setup! plugged digital optical cable into TV and the klipsch main speaker and away you go! great remote too!

These are excellent speakers with great sound and all the connections I could ask for. I'm using the optical for my pc, rca for my turntable and bt for my phone. Definitely a solid choice for powered speakers .

The setup process was easy, and these stylish speakers sound great! (At least imo as a novice with a first-time audio setup)

Buy it. It slaps. Got this to pair with my Klipsch reference active speakers.

Great speaker's!!! Just got into vinyl and got a new set up. Started with insignia and they were terrible. So i got these and they are exactly what i needed. Im not necessarily an Audiophile but i do value and appreciate high quality sound. And these are perfect for me. Im going to buy a subwoofer from them also!!

Love the speakers and how easy it was to order them from Best buy and they came faster they expected so that was great to all and all a great experience thank you best buy will be buying from your store again soon

Pretty good, I’ve paired it with the audio technica at-70xbt and it smoothly connects, however, I could definitely use a but more bass but its probably asking too much given the size of the speakers

Sound quality is exactly what I was looking for. The kids bought me a turntable for Christmas and I paired these speakers to it and am incredibly satisfied.

EXCELLENT!!! I am not an audiophile, but I can’t imagine any other speakers sounding better than these in the same price range!

Paired with audio technica bt120usb Bluetooth turntable also paired with Klipsch r100sw subwoofer cant complain
