First let me say I love the Klipsch brand, the speakers are not only great but stylish as well with that copper tone to them. The speakers I received were in less than pristine condition. One speaker had a dent on the front right side corner of the cabinet and the other tower had 1 bad Bass speaker. The packaging for both were all beat up from transport so I'm just giving it my best assessment and thinking that was the shipping companies fault. My problem is that I wanted to exchange the speakers for a new set. Unfortunately when you buy online you have to work out the details with the third party. Third Party tells me Best Buy doesn't allow them to exchange only return and you will then need to put in a new order. I bought them on the last day of the sale, sale is over so the promo pricing is not available. See where I'm getting to? SO instead I opted to do a full return and found better pricing elsewhere thus keeping my pricing getting my speakers and getting the service I hoped for elsewhere. SO the speakers are great I love them now, 10/10 for those but the customer service and policies for buying online through Best Buy is an all over bad experience,

I initially considered the lower tier (Reference) options, but ultimately decided to spend the additional $ to get the Reference Premier RP-8000F II 2.0 Dual Floorstanding Speaker pair and could not be more thrilled. These things rock! Combined with RP-504C II center channel, you could not do much better. The sound is amazing, the look is technological (without the covers), and they are of sufficient weight to be rock solid. Again, not much more $, but once the purchase is made, I don't think anyone would regret spending the amount versus if you buy something different and have forever to think about how you wish you would have spent the extra $. Trust me. By the way, these were sold by and shipped from a vendor in Vegas, but fully supported and coordinated by Best Buy. No issues at all!
