The knobs look nice but they are not real copper. Had for six months and the paint chipped off one of knobs. The quality of these knobs are not consistent what the cost and the prestige of this brand. Very disappointed

Small knobs

Nice looking knobs, but they did not fit our cooktop. They were also a lot smaller in person than they looked on the website.

Our cooktop was to have come with the brushed copper knobs. Bestbuy took care in getting the knobs to us and they really set off the cooktop.

Best Buy Sucks’

It took months to get these. Best Buy promised a lot but doesn’t follow through. They have failed me in not just this order but all of my kitchen appliances. The appliances are fine but service and scheduling and delivery SUCKS! They take your money and make you wait. I purchased my appliances including this item in April. It’s August and I’m still waiting on my fridge. No reparations whatsoever. I recommend you stay away from BEST Buy. As I said, item is good. Service is bad. Just don't buy from Best Buy if you can help it.
