We really loved a lot of the features of this microwave. Are only complaint would be, it does cook microwave popcorn. We tried the popcorn button, all kinds of different times with different power percentages. We probably went through 25 bags thinking we would figure out a combination that would work, but none of them did. Unfortunately, it completely died after four months. It won't even turn on or power up. We tried checking the breaker and the outlet, even plugging another appliance into the dedicated 20 amp for the microwave. That appliance worked fine. Then we tried plugging the microwave into a different outlet, but it still didn't power up. At this point we are going back and forth with the Koolmore Support and Best Buy. Meanwhile we have five adults without a working microwave. Don't bother wasting your money, save yourself the headache and get something else.
