I did a ton of research before landing here, and my first chair was a $999 buy that felt so flimsy I ended up reselling it within a month. That's when I realized a real legit chair was going to cost more. This chair honestly feels so bougie compared to any other massage chair I’ve used. The faux leather is super soft and feels really high quality, and the overall craftsmanship is clean and polished. It just feels expensive. The auto programs are surprisingly smart, shifting your body position depending on what area it's working on, and the arm airbags adjust dynamically instead of just squeezing the whole arm at once. Heat is everywhere that matters: calves, back rollers, even a heated vest across your chest. The whole thing wraps around you like a little pod of relaxation. This model seems brand new and doesn't have many reviews, but after visiting their site, Youtube channel and everything, I took the shot when the price hits $1899 on Best Buy. Not gonna lie, if you told me this was a over $3,000 chair, I'd have believed you. The heated jade rollers alone are something I've only seen on a $17,000 Osaki model otherwise, yes you heard me right, $17,000 crazy price. And Nobody else seems to offer a heated chest vest. And the SL track is longer than anything else I found, 57 inches. I wanted something that could really dig in, and it's firm, but I still wish there was one more level above max (guilty pleasure: I like it borderline painful). They give you a back pad to soften things if it's too much, though most people probably won't need it, my 82 year old dad might be the exception. Five intensity levels total, and even cranked to max, it should be plenty strong for the average user. That's really my only complaint. Everything else beat my expectations. I've combed through almost all models online, you name it, and I haven't found anything this nice for under $2k.

Chair came about 3 days earlier than expected. It was a nice suprise, and delivery was great, the guys even helped bring it inside. Been using it a little over a month now and I‘m really happy with it, massage feels just right not too strong not too soft. I really like the memory program so I dont gotta keep fixing settings every time. Heat is really nice too but I turned it off since its getting warmer here, probly will use it alot in winter tho. The customer service has been excellent and very responsive , I couldnt figure out the bluetooth speakers and they replied like in 10 mins and helped me out. Also its more quiet than I expected. At this point I use it almost every night before bed, kinda became my routine.

We’ve had this chair for a little while now and I figured I’d say something about it. Took me a while to actually buy it. We both retired a few years back and these days I try not to spend money unless I’ve really thought it through. My wife was already on board way before I was. Before I ordered it I did send them a couple emails, just had a few questions. Honestly didnt expect much, figured I’d hear back the next day or somethin, but they got back to me pretty fast. And then again when I asked another thing. Not those generic answers either, felt like someone actually read what I wrote. That kinda stuck with me. Delivery was another thing I was a little worried about. Big heavy chair and me and my wife arent really in the business of hauling stuff around anymore. I was already thinkin I’d have to call my son but they ended up bringing it into the house which helped a lot. That part alone was worth it to me. As far as the chair, yeah we’ve been using it most evenings. My back tends to act up later in the day, probably from years of sitting wrong or who knows what, and the heat on the back actually feels real good. Not too much, just enough to kinda loosen things up. I will say too, it feels roomier than one we tried at a store a while back. That one I remember thinking “well this isnt gonna work” after like 15 minutes. This one I can sit in longer without feeling all cramped up. Anyway, I’m not gonna over sell it. It’s a good chair, does what it says. But honestly what stuck out to me was how easy everything was with the company. These days that matters more than it used to. Funny enough, neighbor came by the other day, tried it for a few minutes and next thing I know he’s asking me where I got it. So yeah no complaints here. Glad we ended up getting it.

Amazing chair! I’ve sat in a bunch of massage chairs before, some of my buddies all have different ones at home, so I kinda know what I like at this point, and trust me, the $10k chairs aren’t automatically better, it’s really just personal preference. Tried this one at my sister’s house first, she told me it’s got jade stone rollers and I was like, ok sure, we’ll see, but 30 min later I get up and my whole back is warm, like the heat actually got into the muscle, not just sitting on the surface, kinda surprised me tbh, that’s when I decided I needed one. Other thing that sold me, the control panel is backlit LED, sounds small but if you’ve ever used a cheaper chair (under like $2k) in a dark room you know the struggle, only the middle screen lights up and you’re just poking random buttons hoping you hit the right one, this one you can actually see everything. I appreciate that it came fully assembled too, just plug it in and go, no tools, no 45 min unboxing and assembling project, solid chair for the money!
