I'm 250lbs and 5ft10in and have no problem fitting into this chair. This chair feels amazing. Love how it goes and the way down my back even to my butt to message me. Love the heating areas in this chair. I had a air bag that didn't blow up. I called the manufacturer told them about it. I'm telling you the customer support and gow fast they sent someone ro fux my chair was amazing! It was a pinched air line that was the problem. They even sent me a eye massager for my troubles. The eye massager blows my mind away. I'm telling you this is the chair to get! For the price it has all the options that the high dollar ones have. Plus this chair actually fit though my bedroom door. I've being using chair for over a month now and couldn't be happier!

Bought this for me and my wife a few weeks ago and we love it. The chair feels really well made, like you can just tell the quality after taking out the box. No assembly needed which was a huge plus for us, just got it in and started using it right away. There’s many different massage settings which is great because me and my wife like pretty different things and we’ve both found settings we love. We’ve been fighting over it lol. The seller was also super nice to deal with. They actually upgraded us from curbside delivery to inside delivery for free which was awesome because this thing is not light. Although the inside delivery doesn’t include moving to second stair and unboxing, but it’s much better than just leaving a $1500 thing outside my house. And at one point I missed the carriers call to schedule the delivery, and the seller reached out on the same day to us and give us a heads up so we wouldnt miss it. Little things like that really make a difference you know? Very happy with everything, the chair and the whole buying experience. Will buy from them again.​​​​

So far so good, I've has the chair for a month now and works great. It has a lot of options too choose from. Great buy for the value!

I brought this product for my mom and we’re so happy with it. We all ended up using it. She’s very bad neck and back pain and this means the world to her that she can just come home after work and sit in the chair as long as she needs and getting a full body zero gravity massage.. on top of that the customer service was amazing from the beginning with communicating. They immediately tried to upgrade the delivery times and service was top-notch.
