I dont usually write reviews, but figured this one deserved it. I'm middle aged with bad neck, shoulder, feet problems and I've sat in more massage chairs than I probably care to admit. This one though, its just on another level. The dual core 4D + 3D thing is not just marketing fluff. You can actually feel the difference right away. It's way more precise and deep, but still smooth somehow. Honestly the closest thing I've felt to an actual human massage. The auto programs are really well thought out too, not random or robotic like a lot of chairs. It feels intentional, like someone knew what they were doing when they designed them. The leather surprised me too. Most chairs I've tried have that fake, plasticky feel. this one is soft and smooth, almost like high end car seats. Looks great in the room as well, doesnt scream "massage chair" if that makes sense. Design wise, its just beautiful. Very modern, clean, and luxury looking without being over the top. My wife actually likes how it looks, which says a lot. One thing I didnt expect but really like are the extra airbags around the back and hips. They add this compression that makes everything feel more complete. Hard to explain, but it makes a difference. Delivery was also way better than expected. I thought I was just getting curbside drop off (which I was not looking forward to dealing with), but they upgraded it for free. Guys brought it inside, unboxed it, and even took all the packaging away. Super smooth process. Customer service has been great too. I had a few questions before and after ordering, and they got back to me really fast every time. Clear answers, no runaround. They even followed up through the whole process which I appreciated. All in all, yeah its not cheap, but you get what you pay for here. I've tried a lot of chairs and this is easily the best one I've owned.

I wanted to love this chair given the investment, but after living with it, the overall experience is a bit of a mixed bag. Delivery & Setup: The delivery driver himself was polite and helpful, but he arrived completely solo for what was advertised as "White Glove Delivery." Fortunately, I had it installed on the ground floor. If this had needed to go up a flight of stairs or around tight turns, a single person simply could not have managed a piece of freight this heavy. He was also strictly a courier and didn't know anything about operating or setting up the chair. That would be fine if KoziSense provided comprehensive video walkthroughs, but there is virtually no official step-by-step video onboarding to help new owners navigate initial setup or figure out the controls. Software, UI & Day-to-Day Use: The user interface on the touchscreen tablet feels unpolished and unintuitive. Creating custom programs feels more like programming an old sequencer than setting up a relaxing routine. My wife found the system intimidating to navigate, and the frustration only grew when certain settings simply didn’t respond. Specifically, on the "Intelligent Body Detection / Shoulder Height Adjustment" screen, the up/down arrows do not respond to touch input at all to adjust the roller height anchor—even though the roller carriage moves fine in manual mode. On top of that, the chair automatically pitches you all the way back into a deep Zero-Gravity recline at the start of every single session. As far as I can tell, there is no setting to disable this default behavior, meaning you have to manually fight the recline back upright each time if you don't want to lie flat. Add-on features like the integrated music speakers and ambient lighting also feel somewhat half-baked and gimmicky rather than premium touches. The Massage Quality: It’s not terrible, but for the price tag, I honestly feel like I’ve gotten more intuitive and satisfying deep-tissue relief from commercial chairs at the mall. It’s possible that with enough time spent tinkering with manual settings, I can dial it in to where I want it, but out of the box, it shouldn't require this much troubleshooting. A Note on Best Buy Marketplace Purchases: For fellow buyers relying on a My Best Buy Total membership for easy extended returns: be aware that Best Buy’s 60-day member return perk does not apply to 3rd-party Marketplace items like this one. You are bound to standard, shorter Marketplace return windows. I am not docking stars from the chair itself for Best Buy's policy, but it’s an important buyer-beware detail.
