Needed a new office chair after my second lower back surgery and after weeks of research I purchased this one. Have used it everyday since it arrived and happy with the support and comfort.

Nice leather and trim, but it came with one caster that did not fit and the platform for the seat is off so it leans to the right. It was a Christmas gift, and my husband is very unsatisfied with it. Very disappointed. We really want to return it.

This is by far the most comfortable office chair I've ever used. The cushions have substance. You're not sinking into the chair and it's not too firm either. I spend at least 8 hours a day at my desk throughout the day and after owning this chair for nearly a month, I'll say it's well worth the higher price tag.
