LapGear - Titan Lap Desk for 17.3" Laptop - Black

Excellent quality. Comfortable; Lightweight; Durable; Spacious; User Friendly! I began shopping for a lap desk before the holidays, the Best Buy Store I visited had few selections. I shopped their website and purchased a bamboo wooden one that resembled a TV Tray. I found it, cumbersome, heavy, not spacious, not user friendly and uncomfortable. I returned it during the 30 Day Trial period. Before I left the store, feeling like I was not going to easily find what I needed I revisited their Computer Accessories section again. Voila, there I found LapGear models neatly shelved. I grabbed it instantly thinking it looked like the Lap Desk I had envisioned in the past. After using it for past 60 days, it's perfect for me as I sit on my sectional getting work done online. Its easy for me to lift off my lap to place on another surface. It is so spacious, measuring 23" l x 12.5" w. There are two panels of soft, flexible padding under it's surface with depths of 1.5". I am very pleased with my purchase of LapGear. It was very affordable and at a price point lower than the previous product that I returned.

It does do the job, my 16” gaming laptop fit perfecly, but you can still feel the heat on your lap, the mouse pads is descent, and yes, the phone pocket is big enough to fit in your phone with case

Bought this because I have a heavy and very hot Dell G16 7630 and needed something to take the weight and heat and spread it out while doing homework. It does it well The laptop I have is in reality 17in. It has room for that and to be able to route wires if your laptop USB is next to the mouse pad. I need to stress this has no active or passive cooling ability. It never did and was never advertised as having as such, but it does move the laptop off my leg and thus stops the burning. The mousepad is a nice touch that has a wrist pad I have had no issue with yet. It also has a phone slot that will hold my ZFlip 5 with its bulky Caseology case. It was a decent price and did what I want so I am happy and would recommend.

I bought this to use my LapTab (lenovo 2in1) in bed, to keep it from overheating while its resting on the comforter. I like that it resembles a carbon fiber look, and the wrist pad is excellent. I felt like the mouse pad area was a bit narrow, but a quick change in sensitivity would fix that. The deskpad is basically a mobile desk. The cell phone area is ok. Plopping my phone in there, i wish it was padded for my phones sake, but it keeps the screen at an easy to see angle for when a notification might be important. Personally, i use the free intel unison app, and get my texts, calls, and notifications on my LapTab's screen, effectively turning my pc into my phone. But i did find a use for the slot. It holds my extra SD cards and some flash drives.

I've been using this every day - it's perfect. It's comfortable on my legs and it's perfect for where I usually sit since I love propping my feet up on the ottoman in the living room. If I had the money I'd definitely buy it again.
