We purchased the pedestal Lasko 18” rotating 3 speed fan this current summer. We use it mostly to distribute air from an air conditioner. It is efficient, it tilts, swivels, and goes up and down. The only thing it is lacking, is a remote control. We purchased anyway, because we wanted it regardless. I do miss the remote sometimes. We love the way it can tilt high. It takes the cool air and distributes it, then falls to where we need it. Cold air is heavier than warm air. The button to left of fan speeds is what engages the fan rotating back and forth. It also has 5 blades. 18” across the full front of blade cage. We use it on non hot days too, because we live in a larger top flour condo. It is warm inside with window open; even in the fall. Over all, this pedestal Fan has the features we needed and works well.

Works great. As pictured. I got this for a middle bedroom that gets hot and helps perfectly. Only dislike is how loud the high setting is.

Initially, I was hesitant to purchase an open-box fan, but with the heat wave, I needed an extra fan urgently. Despite a slight shipping delay due to a mechanical issue, I decided to take a chance and not cancelled it. The box had inspection stickers from Best Buy, which reassured me about their quality checks before shipping. The fan works perfectly, and I highly recommend buying open-box items from Best Buy.

Not worth it, arrived broken and cracked open on the main motor that operates and run the blades of the fan. Keeps slowing down on its own even if I put it to the highest setting and it’s rhe only thing plugged into that socket/power source. Seemed great in theory but unfortunately fell flat when it came to final production and execution. Would’ve been better off getting a window box fan!

I'd give it a 4 1/2. The base is rather large, initially making one believe there must be some force behind the blow. Nope. Just a fan. As far as fans go, it blows. The 'protective cage' over the blades is the 1/2 star. One needs to be careful putting it on, and then if moving it by touching that area, again, be careful, or it will easily fall off. It works wonderfully for our use. Better cage would = 5 stars.

Fan works great however I can say its not entirely silent as it states it does make some noise but not enough to be distracting. works perfectly keeps the room cool doesn’t take too much electricity to run. It has a really nice look to it with the black color matches my decor easy to take apart to clean and put back together. Very simple to assemble. I feel that it is a good quality fan and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend others if they are just looking for a decently priced fan for any room.
