Amazing bike, just don’t get it at Best Buy

The bike is amazing quality, the best on the market. Only issue is, do not get it at Best Buy. It’s supposed to be the big bundle with all the accessories, but it literally only came with the running boards. Tried calling Best Buy a dozen times, all they say it to take it to the store. I finally haul it to the store, I’m there for an hour while they try to figure out how to return it and they end up offering store credit only. I say no, they call corporate and then corporate makes me haul it back home so they can schedule a pickup to return it. Unbelievable. Currently in that process, I just have a feeling my refund won’t be the full amount or I just know there will be more issues. Order it from Lectric directly.

Love the bike 10/10 lots of space headlight really bright just have to tighten it a little bit more.

Super awesome this thing is a beast and tackles hills like it’s nothing and it’s great for my kids riding on the back

Bike did not come with XL Pannier bags.

The bike is great it is berthing I could ask for and more but bought for the whole package but don’t get the whole package
