My son absolutely loves cars and this turned out to be a perfect gift for him. The build was not overly difficult for him (he is 4), having previous experience with Lego builds and the assistance of an adult to help identify the pieces. He loves that the cars can be customized and that the set has several mechanics that can perform the work. This is a really great set from Lego and highly recommended!
