I loved this so much looks like my kitty and jt was so much fun tk build it took me 6 hours and 16 minutes to finish it definitely would recommend for any lego and cat lovers

Let me start by saying that this review is solely about my shopping and customer service experience with Best Buy. The Lego Tuxedo Cat set itself is fantastic and definitely deserves 5 stars. I ordered the Lego Tuxedo Cat online as a birthday gift for my wife. The shipping box arrived in perfect condition, but when I opened it, I found the Lego box severely damaged. This made for a terrible presentation as a gift. While I'm sure the Lego pieces inside are fine, no one wants to receive a gift that looks like this. It blows my mind that someone at the Best Buy warehouse picked up this box and thought, "It's good enough, here you go." Now, that's only half of the issue. I contacted Best Buy customer service, who offered me a partial refund of $10 without even looking at the condition of the item. The other option was to exchange the item for a new one, which isn't really a favor since you can return or exchange items for any reason anyway. Exchanging the item wasn't an option for me because the replacement would arrive too late. I asked if they could make it a $20 partial refund so I could add that to my present as a gift card. I thought this was a reasonable request since I found the same set on eBay with similar damage to the box at that price. Customer Service stated that the refund amount is automatically set and nothing could be done. After I asked again, the Customer Service representative told me they asked their supervisor, who again said no, an extra $10 was too much for Best Buy. It's no surprise that a company this big makes such short-sighted decisions and would prefer to lose a customer than to make things right. At this point, I am just returning this set and will go to a different retailer to purchase it in person. Lesson learned…

I love my new Lego! It took 2 evenings to put together and he looks just like my cat! Lol

I love how Lego replicated our cat with this one. My daughter really enjoyed putting this together.

Took a week longer than promised, item was miss shipped. Lego Tuxido cat is really neat though. My son and i are enjoying putting it together. Our cat Elliot looks just like the lego version.

It was delivered in its original box with the label slapped right on it and the box was ripped up and dented up. Looked like it had been shipped somewhere before because there was another label that was peeled off ripping off part of the facia of the box.

This is a wonderful set! I bought this to do it with my two boys ages 9 and 6 and they were thrilled because this looks exactly like our cat Reggie so we call this Lego Reggie. They definitely need some adult supervision but they have been able to mostly do it on there own as long as I'm there to check and correct mistakes. The set is divided into about 20 separate bags which keeps things organized and we haven't had any issues with missing pieces or losing pieces. They give you a few extra very small pieces but fortunately we haven't had the need for them yet. The instructions are detailed and there's over 500 steps. We've completed about 90% of Lego Reggie and it's been a blast!

I love Legos and this one did not disappoint. The build was a lot of fun and the size of the completed set is nice. I love that you have a choice of eye color and like that the head moves.

The size is big. We liked the final project. Fun putting it together!

Very nice kit. Customer service is great too. Had two missing pieces and the company promptly sent them to me no problem at all. The pieces are high quality and the directions superb.

Nice and beefy kit. Always the Lego quality too. My only gripe is that, as with all Legos, there's needless complexity. Strange arrangements of strange pieces on the inside for no reason. A fine addition to your living space and too heavy for your cats to knock to the floor!

The Lego Tuxedo Cat was a fun and challenging build. I am really pleased on how it turned out. My family members have had to take a second look on how realistic it looks. Another great set from Lego.

I have not put it together yet but when I do I will have lots of fun. This looks like a great build. Cannot wait to build and make this kitty look like my cat she is all black.
