Product awesome, guest service department awesome. The reason for the 1 star rating is because we ordered the product, it was at a store that was 4 hours away. The label and pickup should have been set up for Monday or Tuesday pickup by FedEx. It sat at the store until Tuesday evening when a label was created at 8:26 pm, literally 2 days after I ordered it and in the day it was supposed to be delivered. I called guest services odd they were kind, understanding and helped up to best of their ability. I would give you all 5 stars. The item was not picked up until Wednesday which was my son’s birthday, so guest what no gift for him to open because the store could not do their job. Then when being sent they ruined the outside of the box by simply putting a label on the box rather than packaging in a box. Plus with it not being packaged correctly upon delivery it was left at the store but anyone who drove by knew it was a Lego set. I love BestBuy and we buy tons of products from our local store and have ordered before but this is first time we have had an issue. Albuquerque store offers horrible service and gives BestBuy a bad name.

I picked up the LEGO Marvel X-Men X-Mansion set at Best Buy while it was on sale—great deal! My son was thrilled and couldn’t stop working on it. He ended up staying up all night and finished the whole build in about 20 hours. The set is detailed, fun, and perfect for any X-Men fan. Highly recommend!

This is a must if you like X-Men. The build was incredible and the detail was amazing. I enjoyed the build but inspread it out to a couplenof bags a day since i didnt want to seem rushed with it. I did like how they had pretty much all the characters with the except of Beast but i just bought him separately and added him tot he team. Overall its a great build!

I love this set! It not too big, has great minifigures and a giant sentinel!!!

Bjoight this set for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loved it. Hes been wanting it for a long time. Made his Christmas!
