A: Unsubstantiated, but my experience pre-ordering was that it *appears* to be a separate add-on (my steelbook ships after fulfillment of my game shipment), so I’m *assuming* it is an extra feature and there is still a plastic case.
Q: Is there a two player option on this game?
A: Yes. You can play freeplay or the storyline levels in co-op mode.
Q: does the standard edition have a steelbook?
A: We ordered standard edition middle of march and it came with it don't know if it does now
A: Nope. The Steelbooks sold out a while ago, unfortunately.
