Works great for slicing up meat to make jerky! Slices come out consistent, and though some people don't like how stiff the thickness dial is, it effectively prevents it from moving accidentally. My only critique would be that I wish the platform sat closer to the blade. When getting toward the end of a piece of meat, sometimes it sticks to the blade and drags the meat down between the blade and platform, and it's thicker than a single slice.

Small and compact. Lightweight and durable. Love using this

Easy to operate does what I bought it for, the only thing I would of like to of seen different would be a dial to adjust the thickness instead of just a lever.

Stout. Easy to clean. So far have only used to cut thin slices of different types of roasts to make jerky. Zero complaints.

It’s a good product; helpful at the kitchen, I like it.

Cuts decent depends what your cutting, but too small for cutting big meats.
