Lousey product
No matter what it was I did, it wouldn't work. I haven't had time to return it, but I'm able to use the charger the woman at Best Buys ordered for me.

This charger was not compatible.
This charger was not compatible with my camcorder batteries bn-vf808u or lijvf823 contrary to the listed batteries on the website. The + and - contacts could physically not be lined up.

NOT WORTH IT !!!!!
DO NOT BROTHER to purchase this charger. Does not charge properly..a waste of time/energy and money. I am so glad that I was able to return this item and get a full refund.
