This battery was priced a lot lower than the Canon replacement. So far, it has worked great and continues to hold a charge.

Replacement batteries for,older cameras can be hard to find. This is a great option and holds a good charge.

Although this is not a canon labeled battery, but it is perfect for my camera and the price was 4 times cheaper than the canon labeled battery.

Too bad that Best Buy chooses to not have it in stock in their stores. You have to order it on line and have it shipped to you.

battery swelling and should be recalled

Battery started swelling and was difficult to remove from camera and now will not fit into camera at all. Not sure if there is a recall on this battery.
