Shocked to find out I bought from a third party

When I opened the box I found the computer came with a European keyboard. When I tried to install my receipt printer as I have done many times over years for my business, windows locked me out from installing. I was fed up and on day 16 of receiving my computer Best Buy informed me even tho I bought on Best Buy.com I actually bought from a third party and I only had 15 days to return or state issues with the computer. I’m a business and it took 14 days before I was even able to open the box. I am so disappointed and stuck with an awful European computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
