    Speedy and Productive

This little machine is fast and convenient for most of what I need to do. The battery life is great. The convenience of the machine is very nice - super light and quick to open. For the money, I am pleased. It does get a little cumbersome when accessing and using Microsoft 365 applications, but it works. Just keep in mind that many apps will not load/are not compatible with Chromebook - you will end up using web versions.

Lenovo Chromebook Plus - Touchscreen Pros and Cons

Love this laptop/chromebook. I would def recommend to anyone looking for one that is not super expensive but still wants a great quality option. The Pros: The screen size is great and touchscreen is a big plus! graphics are very clear. Has the number pad on the keyboard thanks to the size being 15.3" and having room for that. Battery does last quite a while. Even when it highlights in yellow when you think its getting 'low' there is still over an hour and half of life left at that point. Cons: the sound/speakers. I believe this will be my only con!! I bought to pay bills/shop online/stream netflext etc and if i was only streaming every day on this thing i may not be as happy due to sound it does not get very loud. It is a great device to use to stream since its larger screen/touchscreen/great graphics but the sound is sub par. I usually have it on highest setting and sometimes still can't hear it as i would like too but this was not a deal breaker for me to return it. the others i was considering were smaller screens, not touchscreen, did not have number pad and were around the same price. One of one's i had looked at was an ideapad. I steered away mostly due to size and non touchscreen but the model i looked at for around $375 reviews said graphics were not great. I would rather pay for a great device with great graphics and just have the sound as a slight con. only reason i docked one start otherwise would be 5/5!!

  • Can I use a stylus with this? My daughter likes to do digital art and we are looking for a laptop that can tackle schoolwork and operate like a tablet for her art.

Hi RefinneJ27, thanks for your question. This Lenovo Chromebook Plus 15.3" does not support pen input required for a stylus. We’d be happy to support you in finding the right device for your daughter.
