I love my new tower, and it was easy to install. I must say if you have a printer learn window 11 because it took me awhile to get my printer to work and window 11 is not free and there is a subscription fee, and the old window programs will not work.

It would have been nice if it came with basic set up instructions. I called the help desk, though no fault of their own, that all had gone according to plan. Consequently, myself and the help desk came to the conclusion that the PC was at fault; therefore, I returned the PC the next day. BTW, I sacrificed the $106 paid for extended warranty.

Good for suffing the internet, email and doing most things that do not take up a lot of hard-drive space if you going to install programs. Wifi was a little-bit slow but not sure if it was her home internet service.
