Customer Ratings & Reviews

Excellent laptop if you're looking for an inexpensive way to search and stream. 4gb of ram isn't the fastest so if you're looking to get something that loads super quick, this isn't it and you need at least 8gb ram. This would be great for an elderly person that's new to computers or a first for a child.

This laptop actually was a Brand's bargain given its performance and features that makes it very useful for me to carry around. This Abyss blue Lenovo IdeaPad has a sleek and smooth design, Intel core and Windows.

I loved it, it has a perfect size and is light to carry.

It's a simple machine, don't expect a million dollar machine but for the price this thing is amazing. I needed a Windows computer to run a laser engraver and it works like a million dollar machine for this particular project. Thank you Lenovo. I have no idea how you offer it for this amazing price.

I purchased this item for my grandson for Christmas, he loves his computer and was able to download his games and finishe hus school work.

Good laptop to study and multimedia, it fulfills its functions.

Love it, lightweight and great with my portable monitor. Let's me bring my office to mobile locations.

It’s a budget laptop and it’s cheap for the price but it’s too slow

The memory sucks bad. The Ram is bad as well. Worse purchase I ever made. The laptop is only good for checking out sites only

I recently purchased the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 14" HD Laptop from BestBuy, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with this affordable yet functional laptop. Here's a detailed review: Design & Build Quality The first thing that caught my eye was the sleek and stylish design. The Abyss Blue color gives it a modern, sophisticated feel. It’s compact and lightweight, making it perfect for carrying around whether you're a student, professional, or just need a portable device for everyday use. The build quality feels solid for a budget laptop. Display The 14" HD display is crisp and bright, with decent color accuracy for its price range. While it’s not a high-end 4K display, it’s more than sufficient for web browsing, streaming videos, and everyday tasks. The screen size is just right for those who need something a little larger than the typical 13" laptop but still want portability. Performance This laptop is powered by the Intel Celeron N4020 processor, which is perfect for light tasks like browsing the web, word processing, and watching videos. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of eMMC storage. While the storage isn’t huge, it’s more than enough for basic tasks and cloud storage options. The laptop runs smoothly for everyday activities, and the performance has been reliable without lag or major slowdowns. Battery Life The battery life is impressive for this price point. I’ve been able to use it for several hours of continuous use without needing to recharge. This makes it an ideal companion for long days of work or study, especially if you're on the go. Keyboard & Trackpad The keyboard is comfortable to type on, with decent key travel, and the trackpad is responsive. It’s not the most premium feel, but it’s definitely functional, and for the price, it’s hard to complain. Overall Value For anyone looking for an affordable, everyday laptop for light computing tasks, this Lenovo IdeaPad 1 is a fantastic choice. It's a solid, budget-friendly option that delivers reliable performance and a sleek design at an unbeatable price. Would highly recommend this laptop to anyone needing a dependable device for day-to-day use, especially students or anyone with a limited budget. Thanks, BestBuy, for the smooth purchase experience and fast shipping!

I wanted a smaller, more portable laptop to take with me while travelling instead of my more expensive and heavier laptop. I wasn't familiar with Lenovo brand or eMMC storage, and wouldhave preferred a bit more memory, but I was pleasantly surprised by this laptop. It is lightweight, runs Microsoft 365 so I still have access to my One Drive files, and also able to use my Norton VPN. It runs just a little slower than my other laptop, but not disappointingly slow. Overall, I am very happy with purchase.

After an N3450 drive was too small to upgrade to windows 11 i purchased this... smilar size and specs. the keyboard is great. size and battery are great. so why 3 stars? the wifi is AwFuL.... won't stay connected, won't reconnect without a reboot.... sometimes won't connect without a restart. This was NOT a lot less money, for a system that is only significantly less capable.

I’m a Mac person but I needed a very basic Windows laptop to run 2 programs (not graphically intense) that don’t have Mac equivalents. This Lenovo is perfect. It holds a charge very well, is simple to operate (even with my rusty Windows skills), and has a small footprint without unnecessary bells and whistles. Plus it was discounted for Black Friday. Perfect for my limited needs.

This laptop is so sleek looking and so beautiful. I love how portable it is. I just wish the screen was bigger so I can use it to work from home. But if you are looking for a great looking laptop to travel with then this is the laptop. The camera quality is awesome as well. It is also fast in speed. I am very impressed.

IT IS A BEAUTIFUL LAPTOP, PERFECT SIZE AND COLOR, THE SCREEN IS GOOD LIGHTING FOR MY EYES ,IT IS NOT TOO BRIGHT, THE WEIGHT IS PERFECT,SPECIALLY WHEN I HAVE TO CARRY IT IN MY CARRY ON BAGGAGE AND I HAVE TO SPEND TOO MUCH TIME IN AIRPORTS,THE COMPUTER SOMETIMES WORKS FAST BUT SOMETIMES WORKS TOO SLOW WHEN I WANT TO READ MY EMAILS

Excellent laptop. Perfect size and easy to use. Nice and slim.

Excellent product and working well and very good battery life. It will suitable email and ms office. Budget friendly laptop.

It is a great size for grab and go. Nice screen you re to see very well. excellent build quality, a long battery life, and a reliable keyboard, making it ideal for business users. great option for gamers on a budget, offering strong gaming performance at a competitive price, though the fans can get quite noisy under heavy load.

Decent for a starter laptop. A little on the slower side and doesn't pick up the wifi well.

It is good price-quality, the entering is slow though. It has a high-resolution and appropriate size screen and also the battery charges fast.
