This is a low cost decent Laptop. You can use it for browsing, simple work in documents etc. Not for Heavy use or gaming. Do not expect speedy work or browsing either, considering it running Windows 11 on 4 GB memory - it is tough to expect a quicker response for any task. It takes time to settle down after a few updates. I wanted an additional Laptop for my kids to complete occasional school Homework which it is able to do, however if you start loading more applications and demanding operation, this laptop will lag behind and get you frustrated soon. I would recommend this laptop only if you are on a tight budget or need a spare for kids/light tasks.

This was an open box special so I got it at a great price. With a manufacturing date of Aug 2023 I was a little surprised that it didn't come with a universal USB-C power supply. It also has the large SD card slot that requires an adapter. It came with the latest windows OS but that seemed to be a bit much for the little processor. It would occasionally freeze up, I'm guessing trying to catch up on things it needed to do in the OS. So I dumped windows and loaded Debian-Linux. It works fine now, plenty of speed working with Debian and no freeze ups. I did have to spend $11 on a n USB network dongle since Debian didn't have the driver for the on board network device. If you're comfortable with a Linux OS this will be a good little device. If you need to stick with windows it may be a little disappointing.

This has been a great purchase, as the laptop is light in weight, is easy to use and very smooth in performance, and its battery has been way too good, as it lasts very long. Good laptop for every day use.

Could be faster. Then again….I only paid like 130. Fine for BASIC task that you don’t mind waiting in. Email, office/excel docs & spreadsheets. Fiddle around and easily transport.

She was a great laptop for the last four years, but she has slowed down a lot. The fan has always been relatively loud and nothing I ciuld do much about. She struggles ro run games with Medium-Low requirements like League of Legends and definitely cant run games like Ark or Rocket League. But the first year or two she did well. Had to get a new laptop. I’d recommend a more recent laptop. I

Don't get me wrong, it's an awesome computer. My battery lasts about 8 hours before needing to recharge, and it charges super fast! I have a couple of problems though. One, you only get 128 GB of storage. It's great for web browsing and low-end tasks, but not for anything else. My second issue is the charger. It doesn't go in easily, so you have to wiggle it to make it go in. Overall, it's an awesome computer and I would recommend this if you need a computer for school or work without breaking your wallet.

I bought this laptop for school so I could do my assignments on Windows, but I have never been able to get the laptop to load properly. It is so bad that it even took over an hour to get passed the password screen. I waited to actually get it checked out (because I'm tech-dumb and was mostly getting by with the Chromebook), and finally decided to see if my laptop could be fixed after two years. I also have another laptop that's a Chromebook and I've been using that instead of this one. After getting it reviews by geek squad, I actually had a chip issue and was told I would basically need a new laptop because repairs would cost that much. I don't think my experience was a normal case. I was really hoping it would work out for me, but mine just had a very serious issue with it.

This computer is very slow and it freezes as well, when I first received it it was slow but I thought it’d speed up overtime which wasn’t the case. You can’t have to many tabs open either or it’d reset whatever it was you were doing, and it’s still slow today.

Originally got the computer for school, It works great although it can get a bit slow when one to many tabs are open. Overall I recommend.

Too slow, it’s not bad for work. The screen is very nice, and at times it can be fast but overall too slow

for the price this computer is AMAZING everyone is so shipping was fast. I use this laptop daily for my WFH job and online classes and it gets the job done. Couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. I also regularly watch movies from this laptop and my daughter plays Roblox regularly as well. Battery life is amazing but what's even better is that it charges EXTREMELY FAST.

Great laptop for the price, it can be a bit slow upon first start up, or when too many browser tabs are open. Very useful if its for a child or if your just on a tight budget.

THIS BY FAR IS THE “WORST” laptop you can buy. It constantly freezes when you open the browser. It’s super slow. Having to constantly restart the laptop. The lights always flashing on it. It’s just not really worth the money it’s best to save more money and get more quality for your money. This laptop was just thrown together with a price slapped on it. Definitely not worth it.

It’s small compact, perfect screen size and very efficient battery.
