Great laptop for college student! The price to quality is pretty awesome. It is a little bit slow but not too much that I regret the purchase, just have to be a little patient if you download any large apps(adobe cloud in my case).

Great value for laptop!

Long overdue for a laptop, I didn't need anything super fancy basically for some web work and occasional work from home. This brand was recommended by my IT department. Love how lightweight it is, display is great and so far it's performed great. I've only had a month so can't say more, any issues I will update later. Great value for how well it works.

Basic computer good for doing all the basic things. Pretty sure there’s some kind of virus or something on it now, as it’s running at 100% CPU constantly and going very slow after only a few weeks. Will do some scans and see if I can fix it myself as we’ve only had it for a few weeks and already past the return window.

First, regarding the performance issues you're experiencing, we recommend using the Task Manager to stop or end background processes that are unnecessary, as this can limit the CPU utilization you're seeing. If you are not familiar with the process, please visit this Lenovo Support webpage on the topic tied to the following web address: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht515301-how-to-use-task-manager-to-stop-or-end-processes-windows-10-and-11
If this does not resolve the matter, this could be a software functionality issue. We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. You may need to complete this step several times for all updates to populate.

Good for everyday tasks

Okay for everyday tasks like browsing, emails, and streaming. It’s lightweight and easy to carry, but it can feel slow with multiple tabs. Good budget laptop for simple use, but not ideal for heavy work or gaming.

Great value for the price

I was looking for a laptop to update my resume on and basic computer needs. The battery life is great. Is you need upgraded graphics and a faster processor this isn't for you. Overall it's been a great choice and working well for what I need it for.
