I’m a high school senior and needed a laptop mainly for school writing essays, doing assignments, and just keeping up with everything. This Lenovo IdeaPad has been awesome so far. It’s fast, super easy to use, and it doesn’t freeze up when I have a bunch of tabs open (which I always do lol). The screen looks really nice and the laptop isn’t heavy, so I can carry it around pretty easily. Also, the blue color is actually really cool, and it’s different from all the boring grey ones everyone else has. If you’re in high school like me and just need something reliable for classwork, this one definitely gets the job done. Also I added stickers to mine to make it seem more personal to me and they havent fell off

I’ve been looking for a laptop for so long. I am very happy with this one that I picked. As a college student, I needed a laptop that had windows, was reliable, not too heavy but sturdy. The battery life is pretty good for my use of it. The charger isn’t too heavy and the cable is long which is perfect for a dorm or when needing to charge it somewhere. One of my favorite things is the camera cover that comes with the laptop, the red makes it easy to see that your camera isn’t showing. The mousepad is to the left so that’s the only thing I find a little different. It has really good specs as well. Easy to use and overall I’m very happy with this product!

Great for daily use,also runs hard tasks smoothly too. 256 gb Storage but i got 236 or so,idk why. But overall its a nice laptop. Not a lenovo fan but am glad i took the opportunity.

Great sale deal. Laptop has enough power to handle a everyday user and can even run some entry level games. Screen is 1080p with 60hz which is nothing to write home to mom about but it is smoother than other budget friendly laptops. Im pleseantly surprised.

Good laptop I got it on sale for several hundred dollars off. The extra money might drop a star but still a good choice. I got this for recording and editing simple voice over work with Audacity and it works great for that and the little bit of internet browsing I use it for. Only real negative out of the purchase was Ontrac(the delivery service) losing the package and then not telling me and after I contacted BestBuy for a replacement which they quickly shipped Ontrac tried to say the original package had been delivered without providing any picture proof or even zipcode of delivery. This might have been a problem but Best Buy understood and didn't try and charge me for two laptops. From what BestBuy associates said its not unusual for Ontrac to try and pull stuff like this. Again positive for everything on BestBuy's end including their resolution of the lost first package.

I have never had a Lenovo before but this laptop is pretty good for how much it cost, my only issue with it is that the resolution looks a little grainy, but everything else seems to be great.

Really good laptop! Simple, easy to use, and was well worth the value. It’s a bit bigger than I was expected, but it was easy to get used to.

Very good laptop for the price we paid. This was an open box in excellent condition since the new ones were out of stock. Husband needed it ASAP for an in-person turned e-learning class at the last minute and worked great!

This laptop really was a good buy. It was an open box however it was clear that it was never used. It also has a nice amount of storage and a big enough screen for me to see things clearly.

Great little performer for the cost. Sturdy build and does notnrun hot at all. Son uses for himeschooling alingbwith his desktop mini pc of almost exact same specs. Rzyen 5 quad core, so is pretty fast mid range with decent ram. Battery life great for its purposes. Screen is good quality. Light-weight

Great performance for task I need. I did not like it shows fingerprints easly on the material housing.
