Great Laptop Features at Budget Pricing!
I think this is one of the best newer laptop deals available in the 15.6 inch screen size models. The Intel Core i5-1335U CPU easily handles office, Internet, and light gaming tasks faster and better than competitors in this price range. The 8GB RAM is plenty to start with Windows 11 Home. The IPS picture has vivid colors and dark black compared to gray found on inferior TN screen types. It even has the touch screen feature! I did notice a slight backlight bleed on one edge of the screen but only noticable on a solid black background. I've seen this subtle screen variation on multiple laptops from different manufacturers so it may or may not occur with ANY purchase. I turned OFF the Flip to Start feature which powers the laptop on just by opening the screen hinge. I use the power button instead. Note that the 256GB SSD is fast storage but this part may be supplied by a number of different brands or models. It is kind of an SSD lottery. Mine was made by UMIS, a subsidiary of Lenovo. This laptop has frequently sold out when on sale and I continue to watch Best Buy inventory for other friends and family members needing replacement of older unsupported Windows 10 computers.
