Customer Ratings & Reviews

This is so much more than a simple little Idea Pad. For my needs it is a very smart, valuable computer at a great price! It took twenty minutes from the time my daughter and I entered Best Buy, to consult with the staff, select this Lenovo 15.6" Idea Pad, get set up, and out the door. Personalizing the Lenovo was quick the next day, and I carried it in my briefcase on my flight home. The first day using it made my work and invoicing a breeze. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

Excelent laptop, fast, up to date and its keyboard makes it easier to work. My sister loved it, as it was a gift. I am going to buy one for me.

I love this laptop. It is so easy to use and I can carry it perfectly in my tote when going to school. I love how customizable it is and I can do my college work easily.

I wish it was a touchscreen! But other than that, it works pretty well. I purchased this laptop for nursing school and it gets the job done. I wish it would’ve came with Microsoft 365 as well for all the money that you paid it should definitely come with that.

This is what I call "bang for your buck". Excellent computer. We bought 2 for the kids and have no issues!

Very pleased with the profirmance and features. Great fir student's, writer's, and everyday use. I bought this model for my wife (a author) and she loves it.

I use it to create video games, and play video games, honestly the best 10/10 recommend

Solid laptop for a bargain price. For someone who is looking for a good laptop without a lot of frills, this is it. My last Lenovo is 6 years old, and still ticking.

Never in my life have I left a 1-Star review until now. I purchased this laptop to help me get through the next 6-12 months in a crazy job market. I needed Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and that's about it. After only 85 days of light use, it died. I was on a Zoom call and started getting notifications of a weak network signal, and then no internet connectivity at all. After going back and forth with Lenovo Support, flushing the DNS cache, releasing and renewing my IP address, resetting the Winsock catalog, resetting the TCP/IP stack, restarting my PC, rinsing and repeating, they informed me I would have to return it for diagnosis and repair. 85 days in, and it needed a new WiFi Card AND a new Motherboard. Geek Squad packaged it up and sent it to Lenovo Support as it was covered under the warranty, but when it came back, it looked like someone had pried and bent it open and wasn't able to get it back together. There were scratches on the lid and faceplate and let's just say, I was beyond disappointed. Geek Squad sent it back to the Lenovo Support Center that day, but being without a computer for well over a month while networking and searching for a job is not sustainable, so I ended up having to buy another computer. I know Lenovo makes some good computers. This just wasn't one. And for their Support Center, Zero Stars.

I picked up this 2025 version of the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3i to use for basic everyday tasks like web browsing, emails, checking social media, and streaming videos, and it handles them all perfectly. The Intel N355 processor paired with 8GB of memory makes the system surprisingly smooth and responsive when you're jumping between tabs. While the 128GB of UFS storage is on the smaller side, it is noticeably faster than traditional hard drives or older eMMC storage, so the laptop boots up quickly. It’s ideal if you do most of your work in a browser or save files to the cloud. The 15.6" Full HD screen is nice and clear for watching videos or reading. The "Arctic Grey" design also gives it a clean, modern look that doesn't look like a cheap budget laptop at all. It’s lightweight, quiet, and the battery life has been solid. If you need a straightforward, affordable laptop for schoolwork or casual home use, this is a great choice!

If you're looking for a light laptop that can do some minor multitasking, this is a good one. I can do some writing while watching videos and checking my groupchats, and that's all I really need. The battery life is solid. My only issue is that the screen lighting is a bit odd at certain angles, but I'm not looking for amazing picture quality. A good budget laptop.

Fast, light, good battery (currently) dislike opening of items while passing over them

I needed a good budget laptop for college, and this was best pick I could have made. Good battery life, not cumbersome, and performs well with multiple tabs opened. The fan noise is quiet which is a plus. The screen size is also good for the work that I am doing. Overall, a solid laptop for a solid price.

I’ve been using this laptop for daily tasks like work, streaming, and browsing, and it performs smoothly. The display is crisp, startup is fast, and battery life easily lasts through the day. It’s lightweight and perfect for travel or home use. Great value for the specs and design.

Bought this computer to travel with between my desk and my school. Runs fine, good battery life, doesn't overheat - ultra slim and lightweight - SD card slot makes it easy to transfer files quickly. Wifi card isn't super powerful so you'll find yourself out of range sooner than on other computers. Overall great product for the price.

I’m very happy with this Lenovo laptop. It’s fast, easy to set up, and works great for browsing the web, Zoom meetings, streaming videos, and everyday tasks. The keyboard is comfortable, the battery lasts a long time, and the screen looks clear and bright. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable laptop

The product met my expectations in terms of size, appearance, and ease of use.

Very user friendly and easy to operate, long battery life and computer response fast.

This is a good, simple computer for basic use. It slows down and buffers when you have more than 10 tabs open, but other than that: the battery life is good. It's fast and there's lots of tools to help making sign in's easier and so on. I use it for college, and it does its job. Recommend for someone who's just looking for a good laptop at a decent price point.

I'm truly impressed by the speed and performance. What I actually like the most are the noiseless keys, great for typing and oh so smooth. This is a laptop for personal use and projects. Also is light, easy to clean and very durable. I've bought other brands before but this one is by far 5 stars.
