I’ve been researching different types of gaming laptops because I recently sold my whole gaming setup, due to some lifestyles changes. I want something portable, that doesn’t take up much space, and able to run my school work/games impeccably! I stumbled upon this laptop and hestitated at first, but ultimately gave in and purchased it! Now, obviously going into it, I knew that battery life would be an issue, as most gaming laptops have poor battery life, and for me that wasnt a dealbreaker, so if battery life is something that makes or breaks it for you, then this isnt the laptop for you.. but wow, the OLED screen and the overall quality of this laptop is so nice, I absolutely love it, and would recommend this to a friend who’s also looking to purchase one. I did have an issue once, with connectivity but I restarted my laptop and it fixed the issue quick, other than that, this laptop is perfect for me! :)

I got this laptop expecting a sleek, easy user experience, but that hardly ever happens with windows laptops. I've had major hiccups in terms of drivers and performance, and though the hybrid GPU is great, it often doesn't work as expected. It's resulted in the CPU overheating many times and I've hard to force the programs to prioritize the dedicated GPU and often disable the integrated GPU. Other than that, the chassis is beautiful, the performance (when optimized!!!) is truly incredible, and everything else works as intended. I would recommend for experienced and tech savvy users, not beginners. Battery life when not plugged in is not great.

As someone who looks at data and market value all day, I needed a laptop with a high return on investment. I wanted a premium machine that could handle heavy spreadsheet modeling by day, look respectable in front of clients, and crush League of Legends on the weekend—all without paying a ridiculous premium. The Legion 7i delivers the absolute best value-to-performance ratio on the market. The Portfolio BreakdownThe Design Asset: The anodized aluminum chassis is incredibly clean. In a meeting room, it passes as a sleek, professional ultrabook. But when I log off, the customizable RGB keyboard lets me switch instantly into gaming mode. The Display Dividend: The 16-inch screen is a massive win for productivity. Splitting the screen between a financial model and a market chart feels roomy. When jumping into the Summoner's Rift, the 240Hz refresh rate makes team fights incredibly smooth. The Performance Capital: With an Intel Core i7 or i9 and RTX graphics, this machine is honestly overkill for League, but that is the point. It means the laptop runs completely silent and cool during casual gaming sessions, and it gives me plenty of performance runway for the next few years. The Budget Verdict: I could have spent hundreds more on a flashier boutique brand, but the Legion 7i gives me 95% of the performance for a fraction of the cost. It is a highly optimized asset that easily fits into a smart budget.

Stop looking at specifications and give this a chance. This is the most well balanced laptop that I’ve ever owned, let alone used. I’ve tried so many other laptops from other manufactures and even Lenovo, just to return them a week later. There was always some type of annoying tradeoff that I was just unwilling to comprimise with, especially when $$$$ is involved. This laptop checks all the boxes. It’s fast, thin, light, quiet, amazing screen and keyboard, solid build quality, etc.

It is an alright machine. The all metal build feels extremely premium. The thin and light chassis is impressive. However, firstly is that it runs warm, which is normal for a gaming laptop and nothing unusual, but the metal chassis makes it feel warmer than other laptops. I think they could've done a better job like the Zephyrus which in my opinion runs cooler and even has better GPUs like the 5070ti and on. Also, the screen is great. To address the heating, Lenovo should've used an H processor and not an Arrow-Lake HX. Also my laptops lid came with two of the smallest of smallest holes in the chassis (smaller than dust) which i think is a manufacturer error however it is barely noticeable if at all and only with a flashlight. Images are attached. Besides that, keyboard and build is perfect and performance is fine. However, the heat and battery would've been better with a better choice CPU from Lenovo. Battery is around 4-6 hours on video playback.

Great for everything, smooth operator with amazing graphics. Runs everything ive thrown at it smoothly and while running multiple apps. Love my computer and it looks so sleek. One and only complaint, is itll get hot laying flat on a surface and the fan is loud, but seriously the only complaint

Bought this for work and light gaming, wasn't expecting how good the performance is. The cooling system is fantastic, but it's not working like the one on the PC, so it still gets hot after heavy gaming; still, it's much better than my old one. The OLED screen is insanely gorgeous. Overall, highly recommend it, I'm not a Lenovo fan before, but this laptop really makes me consider buying more in the future.

I purchased this laptop two months ago and the built quality was great. I loved the full aluminum body and the OLED screen. However, the thunderbolt port arrived broken and I didn't find out until I tried to use a dock that I got a while after I purchased the laptop. If you're willing to compromise and troubleshoot this is a great laptop.

I got this due to the memorial day sale that was happening, and also because my old laptop was over 10 years old and officially slowing down.. I have only ever owned this brand and kind of laptop and as you can tell from last statement these guys hold up over time extremely well. Its very rare that you can find a gaming related laptop with a ram size as big as this guys which is a nice bonus. I only play pretty light games on this like L4D or Roblox but for those circumstances it works perfectly. And if you understand anythinf about computers there is also versatility built in that lets you auto adjust how your laptop is running with the hit of a function key which is pretty cool! All in all I definitely recommend and especially on sale too

The power lasts for quite a few hours, which i expect and like from such a high functioning laptop computer. Fast enough for me with the 32GB RAM installed. I GUESS the 3D graphics are EXCELLENT, but since this is my very first purchase of any laptop of my own choosing, i am still setting up free software programs as it does come with only one week of free microsoft 365. That sucks. I understand now that the software company and laptop computer hardware entity are different companies altogether. So far this Lenovo Legion 7i is very accommodating in letting me know when i need an update with the Lenovo application installed. I can't wait to see just how decent the graphics are, as i was warned- before purchasing a less graphics intensity laptop- that this had a specific graphics card that was... better and more capable of my 3-D modeling prototype pieces that will be necessary in the analysis and approval of production part of my company. I like the smooth work i can perform. So far. Watching tutorial videos online help drain the battery life but it works for me- i don't believe being glued to my laptop for more than four hours is healthy for me as a human being anyway. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the fact that it is "Glacier White". A quite beautiful and impressively heavy piece of technology. Have not used it for more than setting it up and personalizing it, with free software sheets and free AI tools at this point. Downloading installer programs are quick and easy to do and i have NOT yet worked with the 3D programs just yet- still learning how to work with 2D measurement programs. I havent YET used anywhere close to an entire Terabyte of its SSD, but do i recommend it?? Most definitely. Way to go Lenovo for this one![Lenovo Legion 7i 16" 2.5K OLED.. 32GB RAM 1TB SSD]. Thank u. (Oh yeah, it has no issue AT ALL with the audio by Harman, for any audiophile like myself. Pleasant additional commodity for me.

The Lenovo Legion 7i is the nicest laptop I've ever owned. The 1600p 165hz OLED panel is super vibrant and bright. It's 5060 has ran every game I've tested at a respectable framerate. I would recommend this laptop to anyone who wants a slim and premium gaming laptop.

I recently purchased this laptop and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. Performance is excellent — everything feels fast, smooth, and responsive whether I’m multitasking, working, or running demanding applications. The build quality feels solid and premium, the display is crisp and vibrant, and the keyboard is comfortable for extended use. Battery life has been better than expected for a performance-focused laptop, and overall speed is outstanding. Setup was easy, and the system runs cool and quiet during normal use. This laptop strikes a great balance between power, reliability, and everyday usability. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, dependable machine.

The laptop is really good. I have been really impressed with it. The white aesthetic with the dynamic RGB backlit keyboard looks stunning. The theme of my setup was white so it matched with my theme and made it even better for me. The performance is also top-notch with 32 gigs of RAM, RTX 5060 graphics and Core 7 Ultra processor. It is future proof and I got it in a reasonable discount so I am satisfied so far with my purchase.

The speed and display are amazing for this laptop. I have been able to use it for school, gaming, and streaming. The frames on games are great at 1080P and the graphics are all I need for games especially the AAA games. The only slight issue is indeed the battery life in which the keyboard lighting and the power of the laptop drains it quickly in like 2 hours. The fan is not too loud compared to others and the laptop is pretty slim and lightweight as well. Would recommend for sure.

I've been able to run RDR2, Fortnite, and Ready or Not with no issues whatsoever. Smooth gameplay, screen could be a bit higher res considering it's 2025, but it's great for what it is. Crystal clear. Only one type A USB but it has type C and a lightning port as well. I would definitely suggest this laptop if you want something that can run almost any game.
