A: Yes the ram will work. Make sure to put them in slots 2 and 4 for dual channeling. And Yes, the 6700xt will work just fine without having to swap out the power supply.
A: Did you make sure the plug the hdmi cable into the gpu and not the motherboard? the 6700xt has a hdmi plugin port. Also, your monitor should also support a displayport cable. So i suggest getting a displayport cable to connect from your monitor to your gpu.
