Deffective. No exchange/refund.

Laptop purchased through BestBuy.com, delivered deffective. Device doesn't work without the charger being connected, as confirmed by BestBuy technician. BestBuy refused to exchange, refund or repair the deffective device, because the box was opened more than 14 days after delivery (I was out of the country when laptop was delivered). Very disapointed in BestBuy. Will never set foot in their store or their website ever again.
