I purchased this pc for my son, it stated it was refurbished excellent, however, it has not worked efficiently. I tried contacting the 3rd party, they told me it was plugged in the wrong slot, tried that it worked a day then stopped. The entire pc had shortages one minute it works the next minute it does not. It is not a good purchase. I could not get a refund nor another pc which means I had to repurchase a entire new one which cost me more money. I would not recommend them at all.
