So far, so good. Everything works wells, except there are tad annoyances. I am just annoyed by the cursor pad not in the middle of the laptop. So when I try to click something, I am not clicking because I keep left clicking instead of the right. I also get annoyed when I'm typing and my computer constantly has a pop up that I'm capitalizing. Battery life is phenomenal, I would not touch my laptop for a week and the battery life is still at the level I left it at. I have yet to experience overheating. The laptop is very quiet for majority of the time. I have yet to use heavier programs like adobe and games, but basic things are lightning smooth and fast.

Great screen resolution and brightness. excellent for creative professionals who like a little gaming on the side. The touchpad is a minor complaint. Its a little big and sometimes gets in the way when typing however great for multi gestures.

This Lenovo computer is fast, and can endle multitasks the big screen makes it compostable to work.

Fantastic laptop, but had to return because it did not have a Windows license and nobody at Best Buy would or could provide a product key. DO NOT EVER buy refurbished from Best Buy. They gave me such a runaround between Geek Squad and customer service, in-person appointments, phone calls, chat bots. Clearly they did not completely refurbish this laptop before selling it, but there is nobody to hold accountable. Plus, they only gave me a few weeks to return it, when the Website had said 90 days for refurbished laptops. And on top of everything, now it's been a week since they received my return and they still haven't given my money back (they say it can take up to 10 business days!!!). Stay away!!!! So not worth it!!

One word is awesome, it's a good option cos/effect.
